The product is not considered a construction product within the meaning of Article 2(1) of the Act on Construction Products of 16 April 2004 (in accordance with the definition in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011) and may not be used in construction. The concrete products are not classified as construction products permanently incorporated into a building or structure.
